The Association of Eurasian Patrons and Artists has signed a Protocol for Cultural and Artistic Cooperation with the Shanghai-based institution Chuangzhiying (Shanghai) Culture and Art Co. Ltd. This agreement marks an important step in China Italy cultural cooperation art.
The agreement brings together Gabriele Vaccaro, Italian lawyer, Founder and Honorary President of the Association, and Mr. Fu Chong, President of the Chinese institution. This agreement marks a significant step in China – Italy art cooperation.
A Strategic Initiative in Cultural Diplomacy
This partnership represents a key development in cultural diplomacy. In particular, it promotes dialogue and cooperation between artistic communities in Europe and Asia.
Moreover, the initiative connects artists, institutions, and collectors across continents. As a result, it opens new paths for international collaboration.
Among the first planned initiatives, the partners will organize an exhibition in Venice dedicated to contemporary Chinese artists. In doing so, they will bring Asian artistic perspectives into one of Europe’s most important cultural centers.

The city attracts artists, galleries, and collectors from across Asia. In addition, it plays a central role in the international art market.
Because of this, the collaboration strengthens the Association’s presence in a dynamic and rapidly evolving cultural environment.
The International Profile of Mr. Fu Chong
At the same time, the partnership benefits from the international profile of Mr. Fu Chong. He is a recognized artist and gallerist with a strong global presence.
Currently, he serves as Vice President of Hong Kong Artists. In addition, he is a member of the United States Artists Association and an advisor to the French Designers and Artists Association.
His works appear in collections and exhibitions in China, France, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Notably, in 2023, his artwork “Smiling Face”, an oil painting known for its vibrant colors and contemporary expressive style, received an award at the International Art Co-Creation Exhibition organized by the World Federation of UNESCO Clubs, Centers and Associations (WFUCA) and the Association for France–China Exchange (A.D.E.F.C.) at the Carrousel du Louvre in Paris.
Furthermore, the work has been selected for major international exhibitions, including ART CAPITAL 2024 at the Grand Palais in Paris. Through its visual language, “Smiling Face” conveys a strong sense of vitality, optimism, and hope, reflecting both personal expression and a universal message.
